This past winter I had two X-rays, appointment the next day, an ultra-sound, appointment the next day, a round of blood work, appointment the next day. The longest I had to wait for an appointment was for an MRI and that was only 2 days.
The doctors always followed up with all the results and I was pleasantly surprised when I received copies of all the images plus a written report, followed up by either an in person visit with the doctor or a personal phone call from him. He said it was a good thing I got the MRI in Mexico because I would have been waiting at least 6 months for one in Canada.
